Duration

The premium Mentorship spans 5 Months. 2 full months of Mentorships + 3 monthly checkin calls.

Frequency

Our Premium offerings will rotate every month, so make sure to check back often.

8x90 Minute calls totaling 12 hours.

Monthly Checkins

3x45 minute checkin calls. Occurs after 2 full months of Mentorship.

One On One Feedback

Our Mentors bring a personalized approach to each Mentorship through online calls featuring hands on training and live demonstrations using your files and projects.

 
 
 

Custom Tailored Training

Each Mentorship is custom tailored to the Mentees current skillset and their career goals. 

Your Mentors will work with you to develop a plan for the Mentorship. We dont have a curriculum, each Mentorship is unique because your needs and goals are unique.

 
 
 

Learn From Industry Professionals

Our Mentors are working in the industry and have shipped multiple titles with different teams and engines. This means they and are well versed in what it takes to get a job in the industry as well as the latest workflows and techniques used in AAA productions.

They will help you get into a production mindset and advise you on current AAA workflows and techniques. You will learn exactly what studios around the are looking for.

First Month (4x90 Minute Calls)

  • Meet your Mentor.

  • Become Part Of Discord Community.

  • Establish Mentorship Notebook.

  • Create plan based on reference / goals.

  • Get hands on demonstrations from your Mentor.

  • Learn solid foundational workflows and techniques.

Second Month (4x90 Minute Calls)

  • Your Mentor and the Discord community will continue to push you and your work.

  • Elevate your workflows with in depth training and feedback sessions based on your current project.

  • Update Mentorship Notebook with latest shots, files, and questions for your Mentor.

  • Continue sharing your progress with your Mentor and the Discord community

Monthly Check-ins (3x45 Minute Calls)

  • Touch base with your Mentor.

  • Talk through any artistic or technical hurdles you are encountering.

  • Get the last 10 percent out of your project.

  • Advice from your Mentor on marketing yourself.

  • Feedback on existing Portfolio Pieces

Each week update your Mentorship Notebook! Great for asking your Mentor questions, getting feedback, and sharing files / resources.

Flexible Meetings

Work with your Mentor to schedule a time that works for both of you. Not sure if it can work? We have worked with Mentees from all over the world.

Industry Workflows

You will learn and explore workflow concepts, tools, and techniques used in AAA games to create high quality content for your portfolio.

Discord Community

Join other Mentees from around the world in our Discord community. Need a second pair of eyes? Stuck on a technical issue? Our community is there.

  • Whats Included In The Premium Mentorship?

    2 Full Months of Mentorship that includes 8x90 Minute One One One calls plus 3 Monthly Checkin calls that are 45 minutes each. You also get a Mentorship Notebook to ask questions, track your progress, and get feedback from your Mentor. Last but not least you get lifetime access to The Mentor Coalition Discord community.

  • What Happens When I Sign Up?

    You are introduced to your Mentor and sent a short questionare via email. From there you will work with your Mentor to set up timeslots to meet and discuss goals / plans for the Mentorship.

  • How Do The Calls Take Place?

    Calls will take place through Discord or a similar platform that has quality voice and screen sharing options. Web cams are not required.

  • How Do I get Feedback?

    In addition to the One On One calls with your Mentor, we provide a Mentorship Notebook as well as exclusive access to our Discord Community.

  • Is there a curriculum?

    Because our Mentorships are built around helping you, there is no premade curriculum. Each week we focus on growing you and your art.

  • Discord Access is lifetime!

    You dont get kicked out when the Mentorship is over. We want you to be part of the community and we are excited to see your journey!
